The warm and clean surroundings of our main pool and purpose built teaching pool offer you a wide range of swimming opportunities that include an extensive programme of swimming instruction.
But swimming is not the only thing we have to offer there is also a gym help you shape-up, look great and stay healthy.
If you’ve never set foot inside a leisure centre you may be surprised that some of our members include people just like you! We have thousands of satisfied customers from all different walks of life, different abilities and different shapes and sizes. If you are a regular or beginner, aged 9 or 90, fancy the gym or group exercise class our friendly staff will help you reach your personal goals.

Physioactive Sports and Spinal Clinic at West Wickham Leisure Centre
In New Year, (external link)PhysioActive Sports and Spinal Clinic will be offering a Free Diagnosis for customers at the morning and evening sessions of 18th and 20th January 2010. This will be a 15-20 mins assessment of any “problems” that clients may wish to have looked at. Appointments must be booked in advance. Telephone Physioactive on 020 8857 6000 or enquire at reception.
