Walnuts Leisure Centre Main Hall Closure

Due to essential roofing and flooring works, the Walnuts Leisure Centre will be closing the Main Hall temporarily from Monday 7th June until Monday 6th September 2010.

Whilst we do apologise for the inconvenience caused, we hope that these improvements to the sports hall will provide all our customers with a more enjoyable experience when we re-open in September.

We would like to thank all our customers in advance for your patience in this matter.

Terms And Conditions

Please note before applying for a booking with Mytime you have to agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you agree with them please click “Accept” below and enter your Membership details before securing your booking.

1. General Confirmation of booking/checking-in

All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment or if the activity is included in your membership package
Please bring the booking confirmation with you when you attend the centre for your booked activity
All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required.
All hirers must report to reception on arrival
Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable
Application for a booking does not guarantee any such booking and Mytime reserves the right to withdraw booking privileges subject to its discretion

2. Set Up Times

The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.

3. Conditions of Use

All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centres, and are also issued with any membership.
If a Member fails to use the service according to the centre byelaws membership and booking rights may be terminated without notice.

4. Cancellation

Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the centre.

5. Non-attendance

To be fair to everyone, Members who fail to attend for their booking will be expected to pay the standard facility rate. This is subject to the centres’ local terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy available at the centre.
