Sport Bromley

Sport Bromley is the representative body for all voluntary sport and active recreation clubs within Bromley. Sport Bromley works in partnership with local voluntary organisations, sports clubs, National Governing Bodies to raise the profile and promote the interests of sport to Bromley Council, Sport England and where necessary, to Central Government.

Partnerships

With Bromley Mytime to develop sporting opportunities within the borough, and we have representatives who serve on the council's Sports Consultative Panel.
Representation on London Federation for Sport & Recreation, which pulls together a comprehensive cross-section of sports organisations across the capital
Works closely with South London Partnership (comprising of Bromley, Croydon, Merton, Sutton, Richmond and Kingston), funded by Sport England to promote and resource sports development strategies across those member boroughs.

Membership

Membership is open to all local sports clubs at a cost of only £15pa. You will recieve regular updated information and/or advice on any number of topics. We are keen to recruit more member clubs and individuals to strengthen the force of our representation, particularly at a time when many clubs are facing increasing pressures and complexities and need to drive for extra funding to helptheir club prosper and serve the local community.

Terms And Conditions

Please note before applying for a booking with Mytime you have to agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you agree with them please click “Accept” below and enter your Membership details before securing your booking.

1. General Confirmation of booking/checking-in

All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment or if the activity is included in your membership package
Please bring the booking confirmation with you when you attend the centre for your booked activity
All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required.
All hirers must report to reception on arrival
Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable
Application for a booking does not guarantee any such booking and Mytime reserves the right to withdraw booking privileges subject to its discretion

2. Set Up Times

The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.

3. Conditions of Use

All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centres, and are also issued with any membership.
If a Member fails to use the service according to the centre byelaws membership and booking rights may be terminated without notice.

4. Cancellation

Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the centre.

5. Non-attendance

To be fair to everyone, Members who fail to attend for their booking will be expected to pay the standard facility rate. This is subject to the centres’ local terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy available at the centre.
