The Spa at Beckenham Redevelopment Update

The Spa at Beckenham redevelopment is now well under way and the demolition of the old children’s play frame and the squash courts is now complete. The contractors are preparing for a delivery of the steel for the floor of the new gym. This will be on Tuesday the 20th of November so please note the Spa side car park will be closed on this day to accept the delivery.

The new ‘’buzz zone’’ (children’s soft play frame) which is being relocated into half of the sports hall, is also going well and the new dividing wall is now finished. We are about to knock through the wall from main reception to allow access for the new entrance and ramp down into the buzz zone.

We are still experiencing some noise from the building works, however we are doing our best to manage this and make sure it doesn’t disturb our programmes.
