Rock 'n' Roller launches new skate sessions from 10th September 2010!

Part of the NHS Trust’s Change 4 Life Programme, RocknRoller Roller Events is an excuse for the whole family to have fun together. Music, lights, games and laughter! Admission includes skate hire (sizes Junior 8 upto adult 12) as well as pads and helmets.

Party at the Pavilion every Friday night 4pm til 8pm - Starting again on 10th September 2010!

Mini Rollers - for families & under 11's

Doors open at 4.00pm. Skating session from 4.15pm - 5.15pm.

£4.00 per person* (on the day price, includes skates & safety equipment)

£4.50 per person** (pre-book option - includes reserved skates & safety equipment)

£3.00 per person (with own skates)

£2.00 per person (spectators)

Main Session - for families & under 18's

Doors open at 5.45pm. Skating session from 6.00pm - 8.00pm

£6.00 per person* (on the day price, includes skates & safety equipment)

£6.50 per person** (pre-book option, includes reserved skates & safety equipment)

£4.50 per person (with own skates)

£2.00 per person (spectators)

£20.00 Family pass (Family of Four)

PLEASE NOTE: we strongly recommend pre-booking your tickets & skates (48 hours in advance), as the sessions are a SELL OUT every week!!

PARTY TIME! ROCKNROLLER BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Since launching our first roller disco at The Pavilion last October, RocknRoller birthday parties have proved to be a massive hit, with most of our clients telling us the kids said it was their best birthday party ever! Due to this success we are now able to offer Mini Rollers birthday parties for under 11's!

For a minimum of 15 guests, our party packages include party host/s to assist with correct fitting of skates, pre-reserved skates (laid out upon arrival) and all safety equipment. We can supply party bags with a variety of items to choose from (glow sticks, bracelets, legwarmers, tutus etc), and there is also a private party food room to hire, (subject to availability), for £25 per hour for birthday food and refreshments. We are able to cater for parties/budgets large and small!! Terms And Conditions

Please note before applying for a booking with Mytime you have to agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you agree with them please click “Accept” below and enter your Membership details before securing your booking.

1. General Confirmation of booking/checking-in

All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment or if the activity is included in your membership package
Please bring the booking confirmation with you when you attend the centre for your booked activity
All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required.
All hirers must report to reception on arrival
Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable
Application for a booking does not guarantee any such booking and Mytime reserves the right to withdraw booking privileges subject to its discretion

2. Set Up Times

The booking time covers the period of use including up to 5 minutes setting up and up to 5 minutes clearing away of facilities relating to any booking.

3. Conditions of Use

All hires and bookings are made subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use that may apply from time to time. These are available from reception and displayed at the Leisure Centres, and are also issued with any membership.
If a Member fails to use the service according to the centre byelaws membership and booking rights may be terminated without notice.

4. Cancellation

Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the centre.

5. Non-attendance

To be fair to everyone, Members who fail to attend for their booking will be expected to pay the standard facility rate. This is subject to the centres’ local terms and conditions, and the cancellation policy available at the centre.
