NEW Pole Fitness Course

Pole Fitness is a new and revolutionary way to train!

If you’re bored of conventional exercise and want to try something new, then Pole Fitness may just be the solution! Combining both conditioning and aerobic, you’ll learn how to work using your own body weight, discover muscles you never knew existed and take on a ‘Whole Body Approach’, because in pole fitness there is never only one muscle working at a time!

To celebrate the launch of this at West Wickham Leisure Centre, we will be running a course starting:

Wednesday 4th August 2010

8.45pm - 10.00pm

You will need trainers (for the warm up), fitted shorts, and please, if we could, ask you not to wear any body lotions or oils as it makes the poles dangerous and difficult to use. Thank you!
