Pole Fitness is a new and revolutionary way to train and classes are now being held at the Spa at Beckenham on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
If you’re bored of conventional exercise and want to try something new, then Pole Fitness may just be the solution! Combining both conditioning and aerobic, you’ll learn how to work using your own body weight, discover muscles you never knew existed and take on a ‘Whole Body Approach’, because in pole fitness there is never only one muscle working at a time!
You’ll be taught on one of our four 9” 2 Poles, learning a variety of spins, climbs, and static positions! Please don’t be put off by thinking you’ll never be able to pull yourself up, because in time even you will be surprised at what you can achieve!
So come along, have a go, and it may just change your life!
You will need trainers (for the warm up), fitted shorts, and please, if we could, ask you not to wear any body lotions or oils as it makes the poles dangerous and difficult to use. Thank you!
