The Pavilion has successfully undergone its bi-annual Quest Assessment. Quest is a quality scheme developed specifically for the leisure industry and benchmarks sites across the country. The two day assessment looks into all aspects of the centre including business plans, partnership working, operations, staffing, and market research. Each area is looked into and evidence must be shown that the site adheres industry best practices and looks at continuous development in all areas. The assessment is supported by a mystery visit prior to inspection which highlights areas of good practice and areas for improvement.
