Our Standards

Bromley Mytime is continually striving to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Our service standards are in place to ensure that you know what you should expect when using our facilities. If we fail to meet these standards, please let us know and we will try to put it right as soon as possible.

We recognise that each type of facility we manage is different, ranging from sports and leisure centres to golf courses and civic halls and the Service Standards that we have in place reflect this.
