Investors in People

Investors in People is the national award which sets a level of good practice for training and development of staff to achieve the goals of the organisation. To receive the award is a fantastic achievement considering that Bromley Mytime was less than two years old when it first received this award.

QUEST

Bromley Mytime aims to meet the expectations of our customers. In order to gauge how well we are performing we are assessed by QUEST. QUEST is an industry award for excellence which assesses different areas of our facilities and services highlighting areas where improvement is required and where we are meeting standards. All scores marked an improvement on previous scores:

80%  Walnuts Leisure Centre (2008)

75%  The Spa at Beckenham (2008)

78%  West Wickham Leisure Centre (2008)

73% Bromley Tennis Centre

The Spa at Beckenham has been voted 'Best Public Pool in the UK 2004' by The Independent newspaper.The centre was commended for its swimming lessons and children’s programmes.

 West Wickham Leisure Centre was shortlisted for Favourite London Pool at the 2005 Golden Goggles awards.
 

In 2005 Active Lifestyles GP Referral Programme of 'Lite4Life' won the Health Improvement Award from the Bromley PCT

Bromley Mytime's Occupation Health and Safety Management System has been accredited by Worldwide Quality Assurance to OHSAS 18001. 18001 is intended to help a organisations control health and safety risks. It was developed in response to widespread demand for a recognised standard against which to be certified and assessed. Bromley Mytime is proud to have achieved the award and continues to strive to ensure Health and Safety standards remain high and the accreditation is kept.

Bromley Mytime is also Work Experience Provider of the Year (2007), awarded by Bromley Education Business Partnership.
