Activities are planned at times when young people want something to do and parents want activities for them to do – including Friday nights, evenings, weekdays and even weekends!
Swimmers across the borough raised over £17,000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care as part of the national Swimathon event. Over 200 swimmers participated at 4 Bromley swimming pools including, Darrick Wood Pool, The Spa at Beckenham, Walnuts Leisure Centre and West Wickham Leisure Centre.

Bromley celebrates sporting victory in style
Over 350 young sportspeople, parents, coaches and volunteers attended an event organised by Bromley Mytime on Wednesday evening to celebrate Bromley’s fantastic victory at this years London Youth Games.
Parents save as kids get cool in the pool, then stay to play
Kids this summer can have a great time at their local swimming pool and soft play centre as part of the buzz holiday programme. The 5 swimming pools and 3 soft play centres across the borough are open daily so there’s a centre convenient to everyone and there is no need to book.
World class football freestyler Mike Delaney treated shoppers to a thrilling football skills show in The Glades Shopping Centre on Sunday 15th July. Mike regularly works with the world’s top players including Beckham, Ronaldinho and Ronaldo showing them moves and choreographing TV adverts. Following each of the shows children were invited to have a go and practice some of the skills with prizes on offer for the best trickster and hard workers.

Bromley's Golden Youth
Bromley’s youth sports teams won the London Youth Games yesterday at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. The result came at the end of a long weekend featuring thousands of competitors in what is billed as the biggest youth sports event in Europe.
