    Bromley youth sports teams celebrated their success in winning the Balfour Beatty London Youth Games for the second year running at a reception last Friday in Bromley’s Civic Centre.

  • Sport Unlimited - Sport is Fun!!

    Bromley’s young people are being encouraged to have fun and get active thanks to Sport England’s national ‘Sport Unlimited’ programme. Sport England hopes that through the programme young people will learn that sport is fun, does not have to be competitive and that everyone can take part.

  • Bromley Mytime is proud to present 'ArtsTrain' - new music technology and arts opportunities for young people in Bromley.

    ArtsTrain is a year-long programme in Bromley with three training levels or ‘Platforms’. The project has been developed by Bromley Mytime and has received funding from Arts Council England. Other partners for the project include LBB Youth Service, Marjorie McClure school, Broomleigh Housing and the Bromley Education Business Partnership.

    Following Bromley's winning success at the 2008 London Youth Games, the Greater London Authority (GLA) selected one Bromley competitor to attend the opening ceremony at the Paralympics Games in Beijing.

    Following Bromley’s win at the 2008 Balfour Beatty London Youth Games, 3 members of the swimming team were invited to visit the 2012 Olympic site on the first day work began at the Aquatic Centre.

  • Bromley Supports New Secondary School entrants

    Bromley Council’s Executive Member for Children and Young People, Councillor Ernest Noad, visited Kelsey Park Sports College on Tuesday 19 August to see the Moving On to Secondary School (MOSS) summer project in action. The project also took place at The Priory and Bishop Justus schools this summer.

    As part of our commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for everyone, the Equality Action Group commissioned IT specialists AWP to review our site for ease of use. As a result of this review, some changes have been made in order to improve accessibility.

    Over 80 people with disabilities of all ages took part in two free events over the weekend to try out new sports and physical activities, coordinated by Bromley Mytime.
