PhysioActive will be opening a new clinic at the Spa in Beckenham in January. Working in partnership with Bromley Mytime, PhysioActive already have clinics at The Pavilion Leisure Centre in Bromley and West Wickham Leisure Centre.

The recent credit crunch has been described as “A sickness in the heart of Britain” causing people all over the country to adjust their lifestyle and look at different ways to save money. This month young people from the Ramsden Estate (Orpington) have been saving their money by attending Bromley’s ‘MyFuture project’ and making their own Christmas presents, instead of hitting the shops.
In recognition of Bromley's successful 3rd place at the 2009 Balfour Beatty London Youth Games, Mytime hosted a celebration evening at The Mayor’s Parlour.
Supporting local clubs is an integral role for Bromley Mytime’s Sport Development Unit. We are committed to keeping clubs up to date with latest information regarding grant funding and training opportunities in order to develop and strengthen clubs within the borough.
