Two new lunchtime classes are being introduced at the Walnuts Leisure Centre - BodyPump on Mondays (from 2 June) and Below the Belt on Wednesdays (from 4 June). BodyPump is a non-impact, resistance training programme that combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. BODYPUMP is guaranteed to tone and condition your body as well as help you to lose weight. Below the Belt is an exciting and effective exercise class that targets all major muscle groups, particularly concentrating on the lower body.
Why not come along ang give these classes a try. They last for 45 minutes each (for those that are trying to fit in clases in their lunch hour) and the creche at the Walnuts is available for those with toddlers in tow. Please note that creche places must be pre-booked.
