Mytime Active is continually looking for motivated staff to work in our centres or at head office to improve the services we offer to customers. As a diverse service provider we offer a wide range of career options in an environment that will present you with daily challenges and support your personal development.

We employ more than 450 staff across the sites and also have a bank of around 750 casual workers. Our head office team are based in Linden House in Bromley and include support services such as Human Resources, Finance, Memberships and the Arts and Sports Development teams.

Conditions of Employment

Offers of employment/casual work are dependent upon proof of your right to work in the UK, health clearance, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) clearance (for specific posts) and satisfactory references.

We can offer opportunities for full-time, part-time or casual work. Our site opening hours allow the opportunity for flexible working times such as evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.

Permanent employees are entitled to 22 days’ paid leave plus bank holidays, a Company Stakeholder Pension scheme, free facility membership, childcare vouchers and annual performance related pay award scheme. We invest in staff development and provide excellent training opportunities.

We call on casual workers as and when we need cover and offer a number of hours work at an agreed hourly rate which is paid monthly in arrears. Casual workers are not obliged to accept any work which we may offer and equally we do not have any obligation to guarantee you work.

Our recruitment process

You can apply for a job on-line and also download the job description, which sets out the main duties and responsibilities for the role, and the person specification which describes the qualities necessary to fulfil this role. Read the person specification carefully to assess your suitability for the post and indicate how you meet the desired criteria when completing the application form.

Applicants not shortlisted for the post for which they have applied are also assessed against criteria for other roles which may be suitable.
