New ante and post natal programme of exercise classes at The Spa at Beckenham!
Learn to exercise safely during your pregnancy. Special classes for the pregnant mum in antenatal Yoga, Pilates, Aquafit and Body Conditioning with specially trained instructors. Also available supervised sessions in the gym.
The post natal classes will help you to reintroduce exercise after birth. Come and meet other new mums whilst you rehabilitate your body. Some classes suitable to bring baby along.

All levels welcome – pregnant beginners from 16 weeks. Post natal exercise after 6 weeks, 10 – 12 weeks after a C- section. . These classes are gentle and low impact but please seek clearance from your medical professional before commencing an exercise programme.
