A new gym with the latest equipment to help everyone achieve a healthier lifestyle has opened in Hayes, Hillingdon. The new gym features the latest resistance and aerobic exercise stations to ensure customers get the very best from their sessions and is fully air conditioned. The active lifestyle gym is at the Goals Soccer Centre in Springfield Road, Hayes, Hillingdon – by Minet Country Park.
The gym boasts 105 pieces of state of the art equipment and is hosted at the superbly presented Goals Soccer Centre at Hayes. Our fully integrated screens mean you can watch your favourite programmes whilst working out, or listen to your i-pod.
Our expert friendly staff will help motivate you to reach your fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, or get back on the road to recovery we can help you achieve a healthier and more active lifestyle. You don't have to be a member to use the active lifestyle gym at Goals – but if you plan to come twice a week or more it will save you money! There's no tie-in contract – simply e-mail us, or call 020 8573 2956 and one of our customer representatives will contact you to arrange a no obligation preview tour.
Non-members are also welcome in the gym and if you prefer, you can simply pay as you go once you have completed our simple induction.
