Everyday Active
Taking care of yourself gives you the energy to fit everything into your busy life. If you want to make the most out of life, take time to be physically active, at least 30 minutes a day, three times a week – you can even do it 10 minutes at a time.
 
Studies show that a regular routine of physical activity helps you to live healthier and stronger.
 
Keeping regularly physically active can make everyday tasks such as climbing stairs and carrying
groceries, much easier to complete and will give you more energy for the nice things in life like playing with the grandchildren.
 
Physical activity need not be strenuous nor vigorous to achieve these health benefits so why not come with a friend, and try our new ‘Everyday Active’ session, It’s a great way of being active for life!
 
‘Everyday Active’ is a specially designed exercise class, that provides functional based activity to help make tasks of everyday living easier to do.
