SAFE FUN LEARNING.

BOOST is a FUN multi-movement club for 5 –11 year olds.

BOOST sessions combine the following modules: Health Related Fitness, Dynamic Movement & Agility, Multi-Sports, Fun & Games, Dance, Drama, Voice.

  • Activities from the different modules are combined and delivered together throughout the sessions rather than as individual components.

HRF

Topics are: Active Recreation, Heart, Anatomy, & Nutrition.

Supplementary worksheets are also supplied to support the learning content out of the session.

  • Longer courses can be booked which will then include additional elements from the BOOST programme.
