Some are drop in sessions whilst others are progressional courses that will require booking in advance. Make fitness fun and have a go today!

We work in partnership with (external link)Bromley Council, and over forty other partner organisations including schools to provide opportunities for participation in sport, physical activity and arts.

Teaching Pool at the Spa Open Again8 May 2008
Bromley Mytime is pleased to announce that the Teaching Pool at the Spa at Beckenham is now fully operational and the swimming programme is back to normal.
Bromley win The 2008 adidas Mini London Marathon6 May 2008Bromley athletes showcased an excellent performance in the 2008 adidas Mini London Marathon securing joint first position with a total of 1757 points.
Top prize awarded1 May 2008A lucky young footballer was awarded a Skills Academy t-shirt, signed by Frank Lampard, Arjen Robben and Damien Duff on Saturday 26 April. James Lydall, pictured, was presented the prize by Mike Delaney, Director of the Skills Academy, who is also a world famous football freestyler.

Family swim tickets for all buzz Family Splash sessions at The Pavilion Leisure Centre during April will be priced at just £8 for members and £9.50 for non members and Under 5’s swim free Monday to Friday, term time only until 23 May 2008.

May Bank Holiday Special Offer at Bromley Tennis Centre26 May 2008All indoor courts at Bromley Tennis Centre will be at the knockdown price of £5.00 per hour between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Monday 26 May 2008. Exclusive Sessions at Adventure Kingdom for Families of Bromley Autistic Trust1 June 2008
On the first Sunday of every month, Adventure Kingdom in Bromley is open for exclusive use for a two hour session for families of Bromley Autistic Trust from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
